ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE

Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd.  Extensions according to Canada Regulated Hygiene Laws are FINAL SALE and cannot be resold, we Highly suggest purchasing a color ring or a small sample pack of the color.

Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd. does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation, after the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products.

Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd.  will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd. products at their own risk. Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd. will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, with no exceptions. 

Due to the nature of the product (extensions), not all color batches can be guaranteed to match our color swatches 100% as we are dealing with natural underlying pigments and multiple donor hairs there is no way to guarantee the color match to exact match. As well if viewing our online store computer and screen setting may alter the colors you are viewing from device to device.

30 DAY Guarantee 

Luxus Hair Extensions all come with an ID tag and 30-day manufacturing quality guarantee the ID tag must be kept and sent back with your claim, this guarantee is to cover manufacturing defects that could occur in the first 90 days such as shedding, broken seals, tangling and flipped cuticles. Buy will be responsible for covering return shipping fees to the wear-house.

This guarantee does NOT cover damage done by improper installation, improper aftercare, color damage or damage done by clients.

Iron/Dryer Electrical Warranty

All electrical is final sale.

Instructions:

  • Replacements require copy of defective replacement invoice with comments specifying the reason for return, original invoice number.
  • All electrical must be tested in salon (by Sale Reps) or in the showroom before being brought back or replaced.
  • Strictly enforced on all electrical – any appliance that has been abused or tampered with will void the warranty.
  • All defective replacement warranties are based on the original purchase date and require proof of purchase.
